Transformasi Ekonomi Indonesia: Menganalisis Dampak Restrukturisasi terhadap Dinamika Pengangguran

Abstract

Indonesia's economic transformation is a complex and ongoing process, involving the restructuring of industrial sectors to increase competitiveness and efficiency. This research aims to analyze the impact of economic restructuring on the dynamics of unemployment in Indonesia. In this context, restructuring often leads to significant changes in unemployment patterns, with workers in traditional sectors having difficulty adapting to new market needs. Through a qualitative approach, this research collects and analyzes data from various relevant literature sources, as well as case studies that show the specific impact of restructuring. The research results show that although economic restructuring may increase unemployment in the short term, the right policies and skills training programs can create new job opportunities in modern sectors.
